FLXCELL® Splices and Attachments

    Die Cut Fabric Loop Splice. (Soft Seal) This splice is typical of Tortilla Press Belts Splices in circumstances that the belt cannot be installed in the press as endless. The Soft Seal Splice is reinforced with Kevlar®.

    A Flap made from FLXCELL® Teflon® Coated Fabric may be installed over the soft seal splice

    An Overlap Splice is used in applications where the belt can be installed endless. The Overlap can be made on an angle depending upon the width of the belt.

Other Attachments are available including indexing aids, tracking dot guides etc.
