NOTHING STICKS TO FLX DRYING SHEETS

Our FLX Series Non Stickdrying sheets are used successfully in food dehydration processes. Typical uses for these non stick flexible sheets include fruit leathers, rollups, crackers and taffies.

These sheets are commercial grade with a high coating weight unlike many of the imitations. They are specially designed to resist creasing and tearing. The tear strengths and crease resistance of the FLXsheets is at least 20 % greater that that of other sheets available on the market today

The Non Stick coating on FLXsheets has a higher coating content and therefore will outlast competitive sheets advertised.

The dehydrator sheets are easily cleaned by rinsing in warm water. The sheets are hygienic and sanitary for repeated use.

FLX Dehydrator Sheets comply with FDA regulations pertaining to Direct Food Contact.

Our non stick sheets are odorless and tasteless. Furthermore these sheets will not absorb any food odors.

FLX Sheets are available in a wide range of sizes and shapes.

FLX-Screens for Jerky Dehydrating

FLX Non Stick Open Mesh Sheets are frequently used as rack liners or covers in dehydration units. The Open Mesh Sheets are place on top of the rack. The openings in the sheet are approximately 3/16” much smaller that the open space found in racks. These non stick sheets prevent food from falling through the rack openings. The sheets are easy to clean by removing them and shaking, then rinse in warm water and replace. It is common to produce quantities of Jerky using the FlX Open Mesh Sheets.
