HOT OVEN LINERS
Certain of the newer electric ovens have the heating element concealed beneath the bottom surface of the the oven. In these instances the heating elements may "super heat" to temperatures far above the levels set by the oven thermostat. In these cases the oven bottom or floor may conduct temperatures in excess of the 550 F temperature rating of the oven liner.
This level of temperature can cause damage to the liner and lead to premature failure. Damages may inlcude the bleaching out of the liner.
The Hot Oven Liner System is designed to solve this problem. A separate porous patch is inserted beneath the oven liner to allow a small amount of air flow between the bottom of the oven and the liner. The liner is not directly exposed to the elevated temperature of the Oven bottom and will not deteriorate. It will insure a long useful life of the Oven Liner.
The patch is FDA compliant and does not need to be cleaned since it is positioned below the Oven Liner directly on the Oven Floor.
In the even the patch catches food particles it is simple to clean by rinsing in a warm water spray.
The Patch is available separately or is included with the Hot Oven Liner System.
