SALES OF JERKY RACK LINERS
INCREASE BY 42%
KSO Associates Inc. reported that the sales of their FLX Series of Non Stick Jerky Rack Liners has increased by 42% for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 as compared with the same period last year.
Spokesman for KSO Associates state that this increase in activity is in part due to the increase in production and demand for Dehydrated Foods such as Jerky. In addition the producer is taking advantage of the ease of cleaning of the FLX Jerky Rack Liners and improving the turn around time from one batch to the next. This has resulted in additional companies using the Rack Liners.
The FLX Series of Jerky Rack Liners are a porous PTFE coated open mesh fabric. The exhibit exceptional release properties and are normally cleaned with a water rinse. This is far less time consuming than cleaning the Racks themselves.
KSO Associates provides the FLX Rack Liners in cut sizes to meet the producers requirements. The Liners are also available with a reinforced edging around the perimeter of the liner.
FLX Series Rack Liners comply with FDA regulations which pertain to direct food contact.
