Professional Grade Oven Liners
FLX Professional Grade Oven Liners are constructed using a heavy duty reinforcement of woven fiberglass fabric coated heavily with a PTFE resin. These liners are designed to take a lot of rough handling and will last for more than one year when the simple instructions are followed.
The Professional Grade Oven Liners are a full 10 mil thickness which resists tearing and creasing.
Bakers Grade Oven Liners
The Bakers Grade of Oven Liners is designed more for "in home" use. These liners will perform much the same as the Professional Grade Oven Liners however they are not meant to take the constant use as the Professional Grade.
Oven & Rack Liner Set
Our Oven and Rack Liner set is the most popular item in the oven liner category. Not only is there a Professional Grade Oven Liner but also two rack liners. The rack liners are place directly on the oven racks to avoid drips and splatters from sticking to racks.The rack liners are porous therefore they allow ofr more than adequate airflow throughout the oven. Cettain foods including pizzas and bread can be placed direclty on the rack liner without using a baking sheet. This eliminates the cleaning of the baking sheet and provides for a much better all around baking and browning of a "brick oven" pizza or breads.
All of the FLX Series of Oven Liners save energy by not having to use the self cleaning cycle on your oven. Self Cleaning Cycles are expensive based upon the amount of electricity or gas that is required to fuel the self cleaning program.
