Your Next Dryer or Curing Belt Should be an Ex-Ware Belt
PTFE Coated Fiberglass is the most common of all dryer belts used for the production of dryer belts. The FLX belts are used for Screen Print, Roller Coating, Food Processing and more.
These PTFE Coated Belts provide Dimensionally stability with elongation less than 1%.
Ex-Ware belts are available in widths up to 118" (2887mm), A wide range of belt attachments are available which include Reinforced Alligator, Reinforced Clipper, Soft Seal and Breathable Overlap. Edge reinforcement is applied to the edges by sewing with Kevlar thread and heat sealing,
Specially Constructed UV resistant belts are available. These belts are better able to resist the UV degradation that is common with other types of belting.
