Ex-Ware High Performance PTFE coated open mesh is widely used to construct high temperature drying belts.
The Belts are dimensionally stable with less than 1% elongation

The heavy PTFE coating coupled with the rugged reinforced open mesh fiberglass fabric provide the belt with superior durability characteristics.
EX-WARE Belts will withstand temperature of 550° constant.
These belts are easily cleanable due to their heavy PTFE Non Stick Coating.
Due to the dimensional stability of these Ex-Ware belts, tracking becomes easy.
Belts are available with a variety of special attachments and splices to accommodate the unique application requirements
Fabricated Belts are available in widths up to 118". Belts are available in natural tan and black color.
